While I write this blog there are chicken legs and quarters smoking on the Weber grill in the SmallBox courtyard. Most of them are wrapped in bacon. Why? Why!? What a silly question. Everyone knows almost everything is better wrapped in bacon.

Here’s what it looks like:

Here are things I have recently wrapped in bacon and, yes, they were delicious: carrots and asparagus. Not stuff you would normally think to wrap in bacon but I’m pretty sure you could wrap a Twizzler in bacon and it would be markedly improved.

Ok, time to pull the bacon wrapped goodness off of the grill!
